CANNOT INSTALL POE 1

Below is my entire installation. The folder is completely empty.
Step 1:  Step 2:  Step 3:  Folder Poe 1:  I tried installing POE 2 and the folder still has files to download from the server. Folder Poe 2:  Last bumped on Jun 16, 2025, 3:33:09 AM

I'd recommend installing through Steam if you don't want to download to the C: drive.
