Completed tier 12+ Corrupted Nexus per quest, but didn't receive the Atlas Points.

I completed the Corrupted Nexus node with a t12 waystone as the quest states, but the special corrupted boss didn't appear after killing the boss for the map node.

After killing the map node boss, the dungeon was cleared without me clearing it, and there was no special Corrupted Nexus boss to kill.

The endgame map has changed, however, and now indicates that I cleared the Corrupted Nexus.
