Account is frozen in Necropolis - Please teleport me to Ziggurat

Hi can an admin please teleport Webolas back to Ziggurat? I was mapping T15s and my account got frozen while trying to load into Necropolis. The xbox account associated is Wxbber and the character name that is currently frozen in Necropolis is Webolas.

I've tried doing the P2 2nd controller method of going into different instances from clearfell on other characters, going to character select and then attempting to log onto the frozen character but it stays frozen.

This happened to me before on my Monk and I was able to fix it with the 2nd controller method but this time it isn't working. I've been trying everything for ~2 hours. At this point I think an admin forced teleport is the only fix.
