An unexpected disconnection occured, a lot

An unexpected disconnection occured is happening a lot while I am trying to map. It is a random super bad latency spike and all of a sudden it kicks me out of the game to the login screen. Anyone having this issue this league? It is also not my internet dropping and I have tried several of the NA servers for connection tests, happens on all of them.
