Didn't receive passive point upon level up

You will have one less point than your character level, plus applicable quests/bosses and any ascendancy-granted points.

Had you refunded any points, by chance? Some users reported glitchiness with respecs and visual node activation. Weapon-specialization points may also confuse things.

Providing more information would help them to assess your report.

You can type /passives in chat to see a detailed list of the passive points you have earned and where they came from. We don't have this command yet in POE2.

The Bandit Quest reward was also changed. You now receive one point from choosing Eramir's reward in Act 2 and the second point now comes from the Golden Hand Fellshrine quest.
