Begging & Pleading: Stalking Pustule

The only purpose of this post is to plead for permanent access to this skill. I had so much fun with it again in Settlers League.

Make a new unique, put it back on Dusktoe, make a new staff that has this as an implicit, make a new keystone accessible via oils that gives the player access to it in a unique way. Make it a transfigured gem of Volatile Dead that retains it's natural behaviour. Something please.

This is a niche request, a niche skill, and I love this thing.
