Originator's Memory of Loneliness has no map?

I am in my hideout, I found a memory thread in a T16 map, I go to talk to Eagon to start the memory chain, and the animation never plays, and when I interact with the Originator's Memory of Loneliness text box, it opens my map device but with no memory map to run. I'm pretty sure I cannot find another memory while he has one so I am currently bricked.
