Hit a wall called Support

Hello everyone,

For the past days I have spoke with GGG customer support over about 20 emails
Long story short. I have moved countries few years back and lost access to the mobile number as well as email. When I try to log into my email it asks for mobile number verification. No way around it.

The problem is that email was connected with this account. When I try to log into the game I get a message that change of location has been detected and requires me to verify myself through my email which I have no access to.

I have contacted GGG and within 20 emails I have answered all detailed questions regarding my account. After the exchange of about 15 emails it started to seem like support is looking for an information about the account that I won't know or have a possibility to check. And you can guess it, that information was the transaction (purchase) ID from 11 years back on about 20 purchases that I have made.

I have moved out of my home country 8 years ago. I have no access to bank information, card information. When leaving I have closed all my accounts as I had no intention to go back. I have no way of getting that information back other than going back to my home country and start a very long process of data retrieval through the legal system.

I offered that I will verify my identity, addresses and other information that is not available to anyone but me and GGG. I have been informed that the transaction ID's they required are mandatory and were not willing to understand that it's the only information I cannot provide.

After 12 years and $1000s of support for the game I feel being flipped off. 12 years of loyalty to a title, looking forward to every league. It's just sad. Friendships lost... Bad taste in the mouth... Money is not an issue, to start over isn't an issue either but after being treated this way I don't know if I want to have anything to do with a game studio like this
