Manifest weapon bugs out with Heat of the Forge

Unable to Summon Manifest weapon or right click into buff active mode. Anyone else have this problem or a solution to this problem please put below legit cancer bug.
Ok found a cause: The bug happens when if you spec Heat of the forge before Living weapon.
Failed Solution: Unspec Heat of Forge then repec it after taking Living weapon cost me a bit of gold but least can use again. Ok if you zone out it bricks the Manifest weapon again so this doesn't work. If anyone finds a way to fix tell me plz.

Solution: It works if you slot a firespell into Heat of forge gem solves all problems.
