"Area is cursed" map modifier needs better telegraphing

The problem is not the 40% slow being too high.
It's not the curse circle being too large.
It's not the activation delay being too short.
All those are bad, but they aren't the root of the problem.

When I have a meteor shrine kicking up dust all over the screen, and delirium fog covering everything, and enemies putting ground effects all over the place, and ritual spawning plants and confining my playspace where terrain and doodads and foliage are covering half of the visible playspace, I CANNOT SEE THE CURSE TELEGRAPH.

If you shrink the circle, or increase the delay, or make them weaker, it will not fix the problem, because I still cannot see the curse telegraph clearly enough. Please improve its telegraphing. Thank you.

The problem is that Curses were fine the way they were before this awful change. It adds needless terrain clutter to a game that is plagued with unoptimized FX already sprouting up from every nook and cranny onscreen. Revert this trash.
