performance + crashes -> crash at start

well,

after roughly 5 min game time, POE starts lagging. After 20 Min usually a crash. Played 4 maps and made my initial Kingsmarch setup trip.

-> Almost unplayable.

latest feature: crash at the start (roughly 30 min before this post).


AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics 3.80 GHz
RAM 16,0 GB (15,3 GB verwendbar)

Nvidia RTX 4060 -> useing Nvidia processor (using "integrated" doesnt make a difference)
DirecX 12 (v 11 doesnt make a difference)
driver 566.43

HELP -> There was a Nvidia work around concerning lagging during the start and freezes with changing a line in the .ini file. I cantz find it again. Does that help?
