Lag Spikes in SG server (This is now the 4th league in which the issue still remains)

Anyone else experienced consistently high ping (150–400ms) in Singapore server between 17:00-02:00 UTC+8? I'm not sure if other servers face similar issues during peak hours, but this has been happening for the past four leagues. GGG, could we please get an update or acknowledgment regarding this issue?

for high ping happens during 10pm to 1am and as of current 2:34pm still fluctuating and yes sg server and have been the same since previous league, no solution
