Poe breaking windows

Hello!

Whenever i open path of exile (on steam), it makes me unable to use my windows button or alt + tab. It started happening after one of the many crashes that happened yesterday. It only happens in path of exile, and i have tried verifying my game files.

Nothing seems to work and i could really use some help.
