No response from the support
I've been waiting for my account to be fixed since I can't play because the email address of my account won't receive verification code. It's been 2 weeks I contacted the support and I did not have any news for the past 4 days, am I being ghosted ?

" Maybe you haven't heard, but they've just released the first new challenge league for Path of Exile in a year and their support team are probably just slightly busier than usual... Imagine the lack of introspection that would be required to spend your spare time telling people they’ve posted in the wrong section of some company's forum, only to then try accusing someone else of brown-nosing.

Lol dont expect help any time soon. I have a ticket thats 8 months old. Support is terrible. I have quit playing yell my ticket is resolved. I refuse to Support a company like GGG has become. Since Chris Wilson's departure its just not the same.
