Retake my account

Hello,

I am currently experiencing an issue with the email account linked to my game. I lost access to my old Yahoo account because it has been inactive for a long time, and I no longer use the old phone number associated with it to recover the account. However, I still remember and have access to the original email address of that Yahoo account.

For some reason, when I try to request a verification code to recover the account, Yahoo recognizes my email but does not send any code or support my recovery attempt. I’ve attached some screenshots as proof that Yahoo still acknowledges my email address, but no verification code is sent.

I have also purchased the $30 pack on my POE account and I truly hope to retain access to my game account. I sincerely ask for GGG’s support in resolving this issue.
