The lag is making the game unplayable

Is anyone else experiencing this? I see a typical lag of 2 seconds this league and sometimes as much as a minute. This is the only weekend that I can't play and it is almost impossible - I just keep sitting there waiting for game to come back constantly. What is going on? I checked fast.com and my connection speed is 600Mpbs. Can anyone help?? :)

actually, forget 2 seconds. I am in Act 5 and it is 10 to 15 seconds lag

And now it is a minute long lag. Speed test is still fine. I am dying every 30 seconds because of this. :)

I'm crashing, lagging and disconnecting all the time. Just now, logged into PoE, exited to the Ascent, moved 2 frostblinks and boom, crash.
Before that I crashed 3 times in a row while passing through Belly of the Beast
Maybe my laptop is bad for this game, and I'm morally prepared for huge FPS drops, but that's not happening. Instead, I just get crashes.

OK, so I am not the only one :) At least I don't get the crashes but I lost count the number of times are died. Lag is so bad I can't even see global chat any more :) Seriously terrible weekend :)

This is a first league in a year! Is anyone actually working to resolve this? :) Why do we keep launching leagues on Friday if issues can't be resolved on a weekend?

I did see an advice in a general chat that switching servers can help. I didn't even know that was possible. :) Connecting to a different server has helped a ton! It is slow but I am not getting killed all the time.
