Serious problem about currency exchange

When I played Phrecia season before, I had 20 currency exchange orders that were not retrieved or deleted. Now, I am unable to delete these orders in both the latest and standard seasons, which has resulted in me being unable to place new currency trading orders in the new season. I would like to ask how to handle this situation

same problem. Shouldn't those orders be transferred to standard too? Can't claim in standard tho..
