Still waiting on account merge (since Nov 2024) – any ETA or clarity?

Hi everyone,
I'm writing here in the hope that someone from GGG or the community can shed light on this. I've been trying to transfer my PC to Xbox accounts since November 2024. I’ve followed all instructions, contacted support multiple times, and was told that the transfer is possible but one-time and irreversible — which I understand and accept. However, it's now mid-June 2025, and I’ve received only occasional replies. I still haven't been given a clear timeline, or confirmation on what exactly transfers (MTX, stash tabs, league rewards, Kirac pass cosmetics, forum titles, etc.). Thats a laughable excuse. MY TICKET was opened before November of last year for the same thing. Your not gonna gas light anyone here into believing you were 500k behind at that point. Yalls lies and excuses have become incredibly tiresome. I have never heard of any reputable company having support tickets over 8 months old. Its wildly unacceptable. The last time I was even updated was November 29th.
