CPU Spikes

Before update 3.26 everything was fine, now it is impossible to play. CPU spikes endlessly. I tried different renderers, checking files and reinstalling the game. Nothing helped

the problem still exists, impossible to play with stutters

restarting the game many times solves the problem, nice patch btw
