Jarngreipr bug

Jarngreipr unique gloves has two problems:

First, when it is equipped, the Dex requirement red warning if still shown in the passive tree, even if you have enough strenght.
Second, it's not possible to upgrade nor quality any socketed skill gem while wearing the gloves. If you need to upgrade a skill, you have to remove the socketed skill gem and craft a new uncut skill gem with the level you need and socket the new one.
