Tier system not updated for specific item(s?)

After the reversal of tier levels some items do not display the correct change. Evasion and ES (%inc, max es, flat ev) on Oiled jacket seems to be one example not displaying correct tier. It says 43-55% inc ev & es is T6 while on another oiled jacket 27-32% is T3, when it should be reversed? not too sure if other items are having this issue or if it is isolated to the oiled jacket but it is making me second guess every glance at tiers for other items.

Also if the text for tiers and the “prefix/suffix” can be bolded would be a helpful UI change. You already have to press 2 buttons when comparing item tiers so clutter won’t be an issue. And getting closer to the screen just to see the faded text is just not it. Please change
