Transparency and Us Understanding the Situation at Hand

We fully recognize that consoles often take a back seat to PC when it comes to privileges and updates. What we would really appreciate is some transparency across all platforms, rather than the vague and disingenuous estimated time of arrival that hasn't been clearly defined. As a supporter since the launch of Path of Exile, it's frustrating to understand that things happen, but it would be ideal for us to receive proper feedback from the console teams on GGG's end to better support all players. Being left in the dark about when updates might be available is quite ridiculous, especially since many of us take time off and plan days with friends to play. While we understand the challenges, it’s irritating that there seems to be no quick solution unless a cross-platform option is considered to prevent these issues in the future. We would greatly appreciate any form of direct messaging regarding the Xbox patch and its estimated time of arrival.
