Game rollback affected trade

The game crashed and gave my 3 chaos back after a trade with someone. They got their dagger back too but I have never seen that before. Usually trades were secure. So I thought.

My understanding is that if the instance crashes, then all is rolled back to the state from before player (s) last entered the instance.

And with this server issue this time, it causes instance crash/rollback every time, had this happen in my hideout to hah
