Call merc skill missing in controller

Call merc skill is missing when playing using a controller on PC. Probably the same issues in Consoles as well.

im playing with xbox controller in pc and i dont have any problem.didm you know mercenarys can`t jo0in you if they dies in a map and you retreieve to play another time the same map?

Do you see that skill on Skill tab? Cause I overwrote the call merc skill with another skill. Now I can not add it to the skills, as it is not present in the skill tab.
