Achievment Server Connection Timeout

Hey all,

For the entire day today I’ve been experiencing constant connection drops from the Achievement Server. Once the game loses connection to it, there’s no way to recover, which results in a terrible play experience.

Here’s what happens:

- The game starts lagging severely, ultimately resulting in a forced logout.

- I can log back in immediately, but…

- I lose the entire map, including all rewards, modifiers, loot, XP progress, and currency used.

There’s no mechanism to restore or retry the lost session.

Platform: Windows 11
Location: Madrid, Spain
Login Server: Frankfurt

I’ve tested my internet connection multiple times — latency and packet loss are fine. This seems to be an issue on GGG’s side, likely involving:

Faulty retry/backoff logic

Lack of high availability for critical services (like the achievement server)

Anyone else encountering this today?

Would appreciate feedback or at least an acknowledgment from GGG.
