freezing every 30-45 min

Every 30-45 min my game freezes for 10-20 seconds. Sometimes it resolves with no crash, sometimes it just DC's and sometimes it completely crashes the game.

4070 Ti
32 GB RAM

Press F1 in game and pay attention to the networking. does it go haywire when the game freezes? does it keep going up before a DC? because that's the issue most of us that can't play are having right now. Server connection isn't stable no matter what server we try.
