Make pause an opt-in

The game is unplayable for low spec players, the pause on lagging softlocks the ability to move or do anything outside of logging out then logging in and praying it won't pause lag me again

Huh, is this a common issue ?

For unstable internet that has delay spikes the 'pause' feature on disconnect acts as random stutters and it becomes annoying and nauseating so much that I considered quitting poe if 'pause' feature remains.
also when picking up items if it pause/stutters it fails to register the click, so I have to come back and try again.
At this point I prefer having the option to disable pause, it's causing more problems than solving any.
