Servers health is very bad - please do something

Constant disconnects and lag spikes.
I need to reconnect about 5-15 times an hour and the league has been out for more than 14 hours - time to repair it already. I get that there are things that do not depend on you such as big ISPs, but the situation with servers has been horrible for quite a while, please, do something! Just like for PoE2 the only solution for me from Norway is to play on Washington D.C. server. That's crazy... 110+ ping performing far better than any of the EU servers. This should not have come as a surprise to you at GGG since it has been like that ever since you changed server partners for EU. The current partners have no clue how to protect the gateways into their servers. They have been a complete and utter failure. You need to cut ties with them or at the very least start the process of asking around for additional providers that don't have the same vulnerabilities.
The situation is so bad that even too many messages in global chat channels make the performance tank. We can temporarily make it better by joining global channels not used by many followed up by a /clear command, but it doesn't last long.
