Game Blurring when I use sunder made worse by fist of war

Hello.

I bought a new PC 5070ti ryzen 7 9800x3d 64gb ram. and since getting to act 5 a little bit in act 4 whenever I use sunder my screen blurs ive tried to disable AA change vsync settings, windows optimizations, dynamic reso and culling disabled. I don't know what to try any more. I also changed my NVIDIA setting to run vsync from there.
