Not receiving mails

I currently can't log into the game since I am accessing the game from a new location.
This has happened before, but currently i can't receive the mail with the code to unlock my account. Are the mail servers currently experiencing issues? Anything i can do? Last bumped on Jun 13, 2025, 11:12:30 PM

Contacted support and the support team member tried to send me an unlock code manually. Except that one never came. It seems that my account might be somehow blocked from receiving mails.
At least that's what I'm thinking. |

Same as OP, manual unlock code email never came. Tried other methods like changing email, changing password, anything that sends an email - no emails are coming at all
