Patch updater gets stuck, then shuts down 🤷‍♂️🙄

I launch the PoE Client - first download seems fine, goes through.

Then the game doesn't launch, updater just shuts down.

I'm like - whoa, what's up with that?

Restart it again - it starts downloading something, get stuck between 7 and 14%.

Hangs like that for a while, then shuts down again.

Maaan, I've been playing this game for a while but it's the first time I see something like this.
