Unable to log in using email

My account was created using an email before I connected it to a Steam account, but I’m unable to log in to the website using my email and password. I’m getting an error message that says “Can’t log in,” and the email field turns red, as if no account is associated with my email. I always play using the standalone client and haven’t tested logging in today, but I hope I can access the game. But I would like to get my website login issue resolved.

" Is that the exact error message? Because the website will say "Invalid login" if your email address is wrong. Today… by divine decree… your patch of Excel, begins.
