Crashing Losing Maps, rollback

Hi,

Did the following:
- I assign 3 skill points I have pending
- Launch a map
- Play untl near end
- Server crashes

Went back in, repeated the steps above (including assigning skills). However, map isn't open, nor is it in my inventory.

It's now crashed 3 times, lost 4 maps, but this last time the skill points where already assigned.


Anyone going through the same?

I have lost hours of gameplay and focus from disconnection problems on PS5 and my account.

The game "pauses" and lags multiple times, and then I disconnect. This has happened multiple times this week, every day I play, and now I have lost multiple citadels and 3 fragments to Arbiter because of these disconnection problems.

Please do something about this I don't know if you can refund this in game it's at least 10 divs worth of currency that I have lost because of this... Thanks

Wrote an email to the support also but they told me to write here... Very frustrating
