Windows Start Menu Popping

Hello Everybody,

When I'm playing poe2, every once in a while (usually in the middle of a battle) the windows start menu will suddenly open and force poe2 to be minimized.

This issue only happens with poe2, no other game.

Any information would be greatly appreciated <3

I've switched to windowed borderless, seems to have solved the start menu popping up, but now my windows calculator will randomly open xD
