WHEN DOES THE LEAGUE START??

So the Website timer on here says approximately 3 hours for pc, xbox, and PSN

HOWEVER ever single PC streamer im watching is trying to spam queue and there timer says 1 hour 45 min

and My in game PSN timer says 2 hours and 45 min

SO are Playstation users League starting a hour after PC? or is the PC timer wrong or is the playstation timer wrong or the timer on the website wrong? lol this is so confussing lol
