Change xp penalty and fix game LAG

im getting highly frustrated with this game. i thought the end game would be more enjoyable but so far its not and to the point where im gonna go play something else. GOG should change or remove the xp pentalty becasue it impedes progress too much with all the other bullshit.

for me personally its constantly dying in maps due to random shit and then getting hit with a xp penalty for something idk what happened to the other issue the big one is whenever in a party the FPS drops so damn hard. we are talking from 60 fps to sometimes single digits which makes it very hard to dodge or do whatever u need to do. and then these people wan to run these 0 revive maps like bruhh wtf im just trying to level up some. even still i seem to die very easily and its frustrating.

yeah i could keep going solo but honestly thats boring.. i solo'd the campaign which was kinda boring for me but i did it. i just wanna party play and hang out with peeps but i feel bad if i just hang back and dont do much, but also gotta stay close enough also because u know (OH WOW NO XP)

im playing on a 4080 and ive already lowered settings and tried different things but fps still drops when it matters most.

How are you lagging with a 4080? I have a 3070, and I'm fine 90% of the time.

Is 3 months when I stopped playing this frustrated game and have hopes that they will get decent mind with removing XP penalty and other crap like slot machine crafting.

Exp penalty needs to stay and omen of amelioration has to go, if you ask me :P

Can't believe there are so many people complaining about it. I remember playing KalOnline. It's an old school Korean MMO grinder. Each death costs 10% exp, and you need a solid week of party farming every day for 6–8 hours to get the exp back. PoE's death penalty is a joke compared to it.

I always appreciated a consequence to dying, Final Fantasy 11 was rather brutal and unforgiving at times, you could even delevelel. Although most people that solo this game can and should use omen of amelioration if they're so upset. Ggg technically solved their problem but they're still making posts and raging about exp loss all day long.
