Help Please!

I have been loving POE 2 so far but i am having a bit of trouble with Single Target damage on my Lightning Spear Amazon now that i am at endgame, i am using the following build -

Can anyone give me some advice on some ways i can improve it? I know i can get a little bit more out of a better Tangle etc but i think im pretty close to being tapped out and just need to roll a better char for single target end game bosses ( Xesht +3 / Citadel bosses etc )

How is it even supposed to work? Salvo or execution on LS looks weird and but you are using crossbow? Why is skill tree from 0.1?
