Cannot delete all filters from filterblade

I had about 15 filters installed in poe, various names, kalguur soft, medium, hard, strict, etc etc, different names for them all. I went to filterblade website to delete them, it said I needed to also delete on my ggg accout, so i followed the link to my ggg account to also delete them here. I'm now showing 0 filters in filterblade, and 0 in my ggg filters list. I have 5 older filters from about a year ago that stubbornly refused to delete when I look at filters in-game. They're not showing up in filterblade or on my ggg site. I uninstalled the game, and manually removed everything with poe under steam and also under my games/user. When I reinstalled the game, I go to filter folder in game, those 5 stubborn filter options are still there. Is there another place other than steam folder and mygames/user that stores poe filter info?

This shouldn't bug me too much, but I remember having trouble removing filters in the past, and I think that it was always these same 5 filters? Anyone else have an issue like this, or know where I can go to get those last 5 filters removed?

Have you tried refreshing the list of item filters in-game?

Thank you, I did try that just now, restarted game, no change. I clicked the button next to the one that you showed, it took me to my filters folder...which only has my one new filter listed. It's like these 5 extra filters are somehow tied to my game installation.
