Trial of Chaos, Ascendancy bug

I finished Trail of Chaos with all 10 encounters done and after interacting with Altar of Ascendancy I cant allocate any new point and only have 6 points allocated in my ascendancy.

Area level is 77 so I am sure I just finished the Trial for the fourth set of ascendancy points.

Same issue here, ran it back to back nights. Click the altar, it makes the noise and no new points.

For your final two points in Trial of Chaos you must defeat the Trialmaster at the end.

The Alter is always there in case you wish to change your ascendancy.
