Character Stuck in loading screen can't play the game!

Hello GGG Support,

I’m playing Path of Exile 2 on PlayStation 5, and my character is stuck in an infinite loading screen when trying to enter the Trial of Chaos. I’ve tried restarting the game and my console multiple times, but I still can’t get into the game with this character.

Other characters work fine, so I believe this character is stuck in a broken or corrupted instance.

Can you please manually move the character to town or another safe zone?

- Issue: Stuck in infinite loading screen after entering Trial of Chaos. Cannot enter game at all.
