filters for items I was following disappeared

I don't see the filters I was following. I tried to go to another server or follow again, nothing helps

When did you last have them work without issue? Does this persist after a client restart?

Are all affected filters created by the same person? When was one most recently updated?

they worked in the Legacy of Phrecia league. I reinstalled the game and after that they stopped working. Filters there Neversink

Does this persist after a client restart?

If so, if you quit the game client, unfollow one of the filters on the website, and then attempt to re-follow that filter, 1) does the website let you, and, 2) does it then show up in-game?

I subscribed to 1-6 neversink filter and they don't show up in my game after reinstalling

where can i watch this?
tell me the path to the folder and what I should find there.
I can download the filter file and it will work fine when I paste it into the folder. But the filters I subscribe to don't want to show up in my menu.
