Crash

The server just crashed and i can't complete my quest "Queen of the sands" (it's bugged).

I used the bottle storm to clear the sandstorm in the quest but then it crashed and it count as i did the event but i still have the quest item, and it's like i never did it.

Any help ggg? i basically can't play if it's not fixed.

P.S : i still have the quest item but can't do the quest anymore
