Game crashes constantly right after logging in

The game crashes (or becomes unresponsive) often in the loading screen after choosing a character to login to. If I get past the loading screen, the game crashes within a few minutes. I also noticed that all of my personal settings were reset to default.

i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz
GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop
16gb RAM

Edit: GeForce driver version 576.52

Edit 2: Figured it out. I had disabled my OneDrive documents back-up for another reason. Re-enabled it and my settings went back to normal and stopped crashing.
