Trade board suggestion

One of the most maddening parts of the game is the trade boards. In theory, a player who wants to sell an item responds to a buyer and they make the in game exchange.

This isn't working...

I often send a request that goes unanswered. Last night I sent a request for 20 different boots and was not answered until the 21st pair. I'm not 100% sure of the dynamic, wehter this is due to half afk trade bots or people who put high value items up for sale in efforts to influence the market prices.

My suggestion is conceptually simple but I'm not a developer and have no clue how to make it work.

1) a player puts an item up for sale and sets their desired price.

Personally, I liked the in game marketplace that was previously on console.

2) if the buyer meets the stated price, the item is given to them without the need of the seller to respond. If the buyer meets the price, there is no need for the transaction. Both parties have fulfilled their end of the deal.

3) if buyer wants to haggle, that needs to be approved by the seller and would be an in game transaction.

Waiting for players to respond is maddening and out of control. It's rare for anyone to respond lately.

It's also frustrating to stop what your doing to sell an item. Leave the map, invite the player, find the item, make transaction etc etc.
