Immediate Game Crash

Hi Guys,
Game crashes just after the video at the menu with either Steam or Standalone installer. Under the logs I'm seeing this error. 3181671 ff073be2 [CRIT Client 32800] Failed to decompress (corrupted data) Anyone got any ideas? Once you've logged in type in chat /dnd . It will stop the crashes.
