Displaying chat messages falsely claiming to be from the system

During the game, the following sentence was displayed as a statement from the game.

The relevant comment is in mysterious language in the middle of the chat box.

If there's a reason why someone could mistake this for a statement from the game's developers due to the game's specifications, I'd appreciate it if you would say so.

If something like this could be done fraudulently, it seems like it could be quite fatal, but what do you think?

When I post to support it gets deleted within seconds.
