Stuck on Contacting Server

So launched the game for the first time. On the first time I got through to the character creation screen but while adjusting graphics settings I crashed and now when I relaunch the game I cannot get past the Contacting Server screen. I tried different servers as well. Please help!

Solved: Tried switching DX12 to 11 and turned off upscaling to get past login screen. Once character was created I could leave it at whatever renderer/settings I wanted.
