Please explain why in detail or remove the party play buffs before league start
I don't want to play in a party but with the recent change to the patch notes, that is now the optimal way to play.
This is a terrible change, beyond understanding and reason in PoE terms. Last edited by Fidtz#2966 on Jun 12, 2025, 6:35:08 AM Last bumped on Jun 12, 2025, 9:31:34 AM

The ironic things, they want to make ground loot good i.e. rare drops on the ground then make less rares drop and more currency with party play.
Maybe I'm just misunderstanding it. Last edited by Lonnie455Rich#2087 on Jun 12, 2025, 8:10:12 AM

I made a Splitting Steel Scavenger character with Mageblood,Nimis and amazing gear during Phrecia league completely playing solo while selling off any currency/items I got. Got lucky with a 200 div Forbidden Flame from a random exarch kill. I farmed all of this currency on a simple Power Siphon mines Scion.(Scavenger ascendancy)
You don't have to play in a party. There are so many strats you can do early-league and in the first 3 weeks that are completely fine for saving up currency to make whatever build you're planning. |

It's not about whether you HAVE TO play in a party or not......party play has pretty historically been imbalanced and profitable. And they buffed it considerably...
This will indirectly (or even directly) affect drops for all the rest of us who don't play in parties. As it has already done throughout PoE history. Starting anew....with PoE 2

" Yes because anyone can spend any amount of time to eventually get there. Good balancing argument. Did you try turning it off and on again?
