I have no idea what happened. I am running a lich minion build.ast.night had minions. Turned off game. 5 hours later.. no minions. All are activated. Turned them all off and on. Nothing. Thought it was a map mod I missed.. loaded another one.. no minions. Kinda impossible to play minion without... Minions...
