Character stuck when loading into map in POE 2. Help please!!!

My husband and I were playing in a group and he opened a map in an atlas. We entered the portal. It took a long time to load and at the end we just got kicked out of the game. We re-entered the game but the map did not disappear, we did not appear in the asylum, we continued to load on the map. After a few tries my husband managed to log in to his character. There is no group, he is on the map, playing and passing it. I see only the loading screen in this location, although my husband writes that I joined and that I even got a level, and I am still loading.
Re-entered the game a great many times, on all characters was. Husband has already passed this map, joined another group - did everything they could, but I'm still loading up on this location, which has been gone for a long time.
Can not somehow teleport my character to my shelter or camp or to the starting location? Please help!
